In the Event of a Claim

  1. Please notify your broker who will then notify IHG.

  2. IHG will notify CNA and forward a copy of the relevant policy.

  3. CNA will then be in contact with the insured within 24 hours of receiving notice of the claim.

In the event of a potential claim, the same notification process will take place. Notification should include:

  1. Names of potential claimants and a brief description of the incident.

  2. Consequences which have resulted or may result from the incident.

  3. Nature of the alleged or potential damages arising from the incident.

  4. Circumstances by which the insured first became aware of the incident.

Compiling any documentation and correspondence related to the claim will help to expedite the process.
