In the Event of a Claim
- Please notify your broker who will then notify IHG.
- IHG will notify CNA and forward a copy of the relevant policy.
- CNA will then be in contact with the insured within 24 hours of receiving notice of the claim.
In the event of a potential claim, the same notification process will take place. Notification should include:
- Names of potential claimants and a brief description of the incident.
- Consequences which have resulted or may result from the incident.
- Nature of the alleged or potential damages arising from the incident.
- Circumstances by which the insured first became aware of the incident.
Compiling any documentation and correspondence related to the claim will help to expedite the process.
